The population consists of all affiliated with the well-being of all typically comprise a central province that are approximately 200 consultant. In selecting participants in the qualitative part of the publicity was used. The data in this study used qualitative data analysis software was used MAXqda. The results showed that semantic code from the text of the interview can be found in two main categories, 5 and 12 intermediate categories classified in categories. The main categories include initial plans for specific problems and run the update. The middle category includes analysis and design training courses (for the main categories) and implementation, evaluation and modification and revision (for the main categories II), respectively. In categories including defining the problem, identify the source of the problem, determine possible solutions (categories among the first), set learning goals, providing course content, determining training methods and determine staffing (category of intermediate II), performances, experimental and original ( the middle category III), internal and external evaluation (intermediate category IV) and reforms and the implementation of this (intermediate category V), respectively.

This paper tries to present vernacular concept of boundaryless career and investigates the relation between characteristics of personality and boundaryless career attitude. The present study uses correlation method. The employees of the Allameh Tabataba’i University in the academic years of 2013 and 2014 were chosen as statistical society. The selected sample included 226 individuals. Neo-FFI and Briscoe questionnaire on boundaryless career attitudes were used for data collection. By applying Pearson correlation, regression analysis and structural equations model, a significant and positive correlation between extroversion and boundaryless mindset resulted. Also, the findings showed a significant and negative correlation between nervousness and conscientiousness with mobility preference. We can conclude that individuals high in extroversion probably are higher in boundaryless mindset, while those have less nervousness and conscientiousness probably higher in mobility preference.

Statistical population of the study were teachers, teaching at schools of Shahriar city. A total of 274 teachers were selected using cluster sampling. The respondents answered the job satisfaction, positive affect, goal progress, goal support, and self-efficacy and work conditions questionnaires. The results showed that the model used was not fit for respondents. However, using modification indices resulted in modifying of present model and pathways of positive affection to job satisfaction, work conditions to job satisfaction and pathways of self-efficacy to job satisfaction were omitted. This modified model was fitted for the participants. Because omitting of pathways of self-efficacy, positive affection and working conditions to job satisfaction in modified model, all variables, except goal support, had indirect effect, through goal progress, on job satisfaction.
